Hydrometer Temperature Correction Chart
Get it Right
Your standard brewing hydrometer is calculate to measure its liquid at 60 ° F. If you do not happen to have 60 ° wort when you need to measure it gravity -
i.e., most all the time - you'll need to correct for temp.
Just note your liquid temperature and use the chart below to add or subtract to the decimal portion of your Specific Gravity reading to correct.
