Chocolate Invented Brewing Beer

There is some evidence pointing to the fact that the Aztecs 'invented' chocolate (or some form of it) while trying to brew a beer-like beverage over three thousand years ago. Researchers
found some sign of a compound exclusive to the cacao plant - the source of chocolate - in some vessels predating the earlist known use of cacao some 500 years.
It is unknown what exactly there were brewing, but likely a beer-like beverage served at special occasions. We can only hope, for all of their sakes, that the Aztecs are not to blame
for any early form of Corona. This could, however, explain this civilization's demise.
