Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale
Part IPA, Part American Brown
Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale is a great hybrid beer. If you like hops, but you're in the mood for something with a bit of malt, this is the beer for you. In addition, at about 7% ABV, it packs quite a punch.

Notes
An extract version of this Recipe Appeared in Sam Calgione's book : Extreme Brewing.
I have changed it to all grain and rounded off a few weights for the sake of simplicity.
Also, I added hop additions as the original recipe equaled out to only 22 IBU, yet the beer is listed in
the book and on the DFH website as 50 IBU.
